The most irresponsible shop,
He broke my nut after that,
He told me to go to another shop to get it fixed.. when I got to the shop..
My rim was broken..
You should be a tyre specialist, you know!!!!!
Don't be like me..
To hell with the car..
Threatened to file a police report.

This Ban Heng Tyre shop service very good and the price was reasonable. The boss at Ban Heng Tyre was very kind and so friendly. I highly recommend this tyre shop to public. Is a Excellent tyre shop. I sure will come again this tyre shop.

Very good service. Immediate attention given. Patched a puncture in 10 minutes. Checked all tyre pressures. Amazingly friendly staff n boss. Highly recommended. Was expecting to be ripped off cos I am out of towner. But was charged so reasonably I was so amazed that I decided I need to put this review up for people to know of this place!

Had known Kenny for years since he was a Coway cody. Great hospitality and services. Had changed 2 batteries for 2 cars & done balancing alignment recently. Recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

RM55 for balancing & alignment of all 4 tyres 17" 205
was quoted more than RM100 by another shops.
This shop clean, the staff and boss did well.

IMI Certification Levels

The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) provides internationally recognized certifications for electric and hybrid vehicle competence.

Level 1 - Awareness

Basic understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle systems, safety precautions, and identification of high-voltage components.

Level 2 - Routine Maintenance

Safe handling for basic EV servicing including tyres, brakes, 12V battery replacement, and routine maintenance tasks without accessing high-voltage systems.

Level 3 - System Repair and Replacement

Qualified to isolate high voltage systems and replace major components including Inverters, Electric Motors, and Battery packs safely.

Level 4 - Fault Diagnosis, Testing and Repair

Expert level for complex circuit analysis, Battery Management System (BMS) diagnostics, and advanced fault finding on high-voltage systems.

Additional IMI Certifications

Professional - Achievement / Development Certificates

Advanced competency recognition for technicians who have demonstrated exceptional skills and knowledge beyond standard certification levels.

Level 2 - ADAS Calibration

Qualified to perform calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems including lane departure warnings, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking sensors.

Level 2 - Light / Electric Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Combined competence for both conventional light vehicles and electric vehicles, covering routine maintenance, basic diagnostics, and safe working practices around low-voltage EV systems.

Level 3 - ADAS Components

Competent in diagnosis, repair, and replacement of ADAS components including radar sensors, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, and control modules.
