I sent my myvi 2012 over here for an overheating issue and i was charged RM2414! and the stupid problem is still not fixed. As of now, my car has overheated AGAIN! dont waste your money here, avoid.

Skilful mechanics. They overhauled the turbocharger of my old Ford WL-T 2.5 diesel, which had experienced internal oil leaking, causing oil to spread to the intercooler and then to the intake manifold on the opposite side of the engine. They flushed the entire interior of the intake passage. The engine can accelerate more smoothly after the service.

Overpriced. Give out handwritten receipts (no company name or anything else). Don't give out official receipts. Rude. They try to overprice everything. Do not come here!

As someone that is not too familiar with cars, I believe most car service shops are more a less the same but with different signboards. What I am looking for is HONEST and Integrity which Bentech Auto services provides.
Case study 1:
My first time here was to fix my windows. Had the issue where my car window was opening and closing super slowly and I couldn't figure it out why. Came here as someone recommended here. The team informed me that the window just require some lubricant and will solve the issue. Proceeds to fix the issue. When asked to pay, was told free of charge due to it being easy.
Case study 2:
During a routine service, was informed that my car had a broken gasket cover. Shows me the issue. Fixed the cover and that was that. One week later, I noticed my car was leaking oil. Brought the car back to have a look. After an hour off tinkering from the mechanic team and was inform the service was done. When I asked what was the issue, they inform there was a minor issue during the gasket replacement which caused gas to leak. Proceed to give me car a thorough cleaning and gave the whole service free of charge.
They could have lied to me and said some bullshit reason and charged me and I would have believed them. But they owned up to their mistake and rectify the issue. Cheap prices and skilled mechanic are dime in a dozen but honesty and integrity is rare now a days.
The location and place might not be the most convenient but the 5 star represents the piece of mind Bentech Auto service provides. If you are like me and are not to familiar with cars but worry that you will get scam by service center, I highly recommend Bentech Auto service sri damansara.

Fixed my Mercedes E300 hybrid 's battery.
Changed the Battery Management System (BMS) and rebalanced the cells.
Yeong was good, Informed me throughout the process and showed me diagnostics. Thanks.
Update.
After my battery replacement in March. The battery died again 9months later. Ah Yeong upheld the warranty and changed it for a new one.

Very reliable car mechanic services. Look for Foremen Ben. Prices are reasonable. Workshop was clean and organised. A lot of experienced technician to help you diagnose your vehicle problems. Highly recommended. While waiting for your vehicle fix, there's a mamak stall next door. Very convenient.
