Highly recommended! I sent my Axia here for a gearbox overhaul. Even though there was still a small issue after the first repair, they asked me to bring the car back and fixed it without any hassle. Their customer service and after sales support are excellent. They are responsive, responsible, and professional. The price is also very reasonable. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend this workshop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience with iCare Auto Service Centre, especially with Len, who was an absolute Superstar. He managed to fix the bumper issue on my Kia Sportage within the same day, which really exceeded my expectations... Len has excellent customer service & communication skills, keeping me informed throughout the process while demonstrating strong technical expertise. Professional, efficient & reliable... I highly recommend this service centre for anyone needing quality car repairs.

Honest workshop. Will only tell you what parts need to be replaced and ask if you want it to be replaced. Clean workshop and there are many eateries nearby. When arrive, look for Mr iCare Len. He’s a friendly mechanic and knowledgeable. A modern workshop but the charge is reasonable. No harga ketuk. Highly recommended. To do inspection, Mr iCare Len only ask for RM50. This is the consultation fee to check problems that you have on your car. If you expect free checking, do not come here.

Major services done on 1986 W124 & 2011 CRV with thorough inspection & recommended areas to focus on and a decent service trade off on cost!
Follow-Ups on stages and close update done by Len will ensure ease of tracking and peace of mind, knowing your bad boy is in good hands!
Duration will vary based on your car’s condition but expect a fair gauge since the workshop is relatively busy!
Definitely recommend servicing or repairing your rides here! I know I’m stuck here now for good!

Happy with the workmanship here. Came here last year because of overheating issue and engine leak issues, Len recommended me original Mercedes parts which will last much longer, 1 year after the repair proves everything correct as compared other previous workshops repaired and have to keep going back for the same issues.

Len has very good PR and communication skills in English and Cantonese. Describe the problems they unearthed and how they were going to address them. The car was ready at the time he promised, excellent. He let me test drive my car alone before paying him. Only problem was my horn didn't work after the service. Need to supervise the workmen closely.
