Solved all the problems in 2 full days. The staff was meticulous and he ensured that my car, 2009 Vios, is in tiptop condition. And like what he said, it feels like a brand-new car. The boss was down-to-earth and honest, and he only proceeded with the job after getting my consent.

Most honest and generous workshop in town with reasonable price comes with quality parts and service. The workshop owner with wide range of experience and self hands on. Peace of mind with Cityway.

Cutthroat price for sparepart. First make a profit from the sparepart then workmanship charge extreme. Even allignment cost 50 rm. Other places 30 rm.

I wanted to give ZERO star. My car's aircon broke down again recently, just three years after being serviced at this workshop. I took it to another workshop, then only found out that the previous repair used a random, unbranded (totally dont have a brand name) cooling coil from China BUT charged me RM 430 (3 years ago), almost the same price with a Denso brand cooling coil (RM 440 quoted from another workshop last week)!
I mean this is pretty unethical, it was unbranded and it broke after 3 years, and I was charged an expensive price! Please be extremely careful when you need to get your car fixed at this workshop.

This old workshop deserve more attention! Honest and fair price, boss is friendly as well. The only downside is they are super busy and might will forget your car.
