I had a very bad experience with the car service at this shop. The staff did not install the oil filter properly, which caused the oil filter to come off shortly after the service was completed.
I drove only about 50 meters away from the shop when the oil filter fell off, causing all the engine oil to leak onto the road. I was extremely upset and disappointed with the service provided.
Please make sure your staff properly check and double-check their work after replacing any parts. The job should be done professionally and by someone who is properly skilled and experienced.
As a customer, I pay for a good and reliable service. I am paying for a proper service, not to experience something like this that could potentially cause serious damage to my car.
I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the quality and professionalism of the service provided.

Very informative & good services especially a young Chinese chap will explained everything asked plus he's very responsible foreman that checked all parts a few times to be very sure. Also the boss is happily answer any question sincerely. All genuine oil & parts & price slightly cheaper than the car brand service centre. It's my 2nd visits.

My car’s aircond was never the same anymore after getting serviced by them. And they blame it on the hot weather as if it’s my first day driving the car. There’s one guy who’s not a mechanic who will ask you to do all sorts of things and you will be convinced. And somehow he handled my car as if he’s a mechanic. Trust a mechanic, not a salesman

Excellent tyre replacement service. The foreman was very professional and helpful, he didn’t just change the tyres but also took the time to check everything thoroughly, including the brake pads and brake discs. He explained clearly if anything needed attention or replacement, without any pressure. Very honest, knowledgeable, and attentive service. Highly recommended 👍

My Sunday started off terribly when one of my car tires suddenly blew out on the highway. Luckily, I met a kind stranger who helped me put on the spare tire. After that, I was quite stressed about where to buy a new tire on a Sunday.
Then I suddenly remembered that I had changed tires at Silicon Auto a few years ago. Today was my second visit to this shop.
The staff at the store were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I rushed over after buying a tire online without making an appointment as instructed, they were very willing to assist and expedite the process. During the tire change, they also checked my other three tires to make sure they were fine and repeatedly inspected the rim of the damaged tire. The technicians were polite and professional throughout.
I forgot to ask for his name, but I really want to express my gratitude here.
Today may not have started well, but the kind people I met made everything much more manageable. I will definitely come back next time. Thank you so much!

Impressive,bought from official lazada Goodyear tyre F1 sport and chosen this outlet .
I'm very happy ,service was fast,technician can speak English .
Have waiting room with water as well.
Done change 1 pair in 30 minute.
They are easy to deal with . Even help out with extra service without charging.
Tyres were new as well and they polish it also.
25 minutes drive from Damansara utama.

Good and fast service by the workshop. Tires are a bit dirty but brand new and good. They checked my car and recommended I get new brake pads too, so I got original brake pads for good price. Overall, the workshop provides fast and good service. 👍🏻
